SCOPE STATEMENT2Scope Statement PaperScope DescriptionThis project will consist of creating a larger and efficient work space with a walk-in refrigerator. The project will be completed by . The new upgrades will give the department a 12 ft. by 14 ft. work space which will increase speed and efficiency of their work. The installation of a walk in refrigerator at the floral shop that is approximately 13’ by 8’. This will provide ample storing space and can hold custom orders and store more product, which can lead to increased sales. The total cost of refrigerator unit is $8,900 with the cost of labor.Project DeliverablesScope Statement, Progress Reports, Issues Reports, Weekly Meeting Notes, and Reopening of the new floral department.
