China venture capital market booms but challenges abound   By Ian Chua and Daisy Ku 709 words 11 April 2006 05:27 AM Reuters News English (c) 2006 Reuters Limited  SHENZHEN, China, April 11 (Reuters) - Venture capitalists face limited exit strategies in  China and fierce competition for quality deals in a market developing so fast that even  policy makers are having trouble keeping up with new regulations.  Venture capital to be invested in China jumped to 46.5 billion yuan ($5.8 billion) last  year, up nearly 26 percent from 2004, the  China Venture Capital  Research Institute  said, as investors sought to tap an economy growing at nearly 10 percent.  "The regulatory structure, while still evolving, certainly has improved a good deal over  which offers legal services to businesses.  "The market seems to have a very positive tone and we see a good pipeline in our  practice," Woll told Reuters on Tuesday.  Woll was one of the speakers at the two-day
