CB205 Case Analysis First National Bank Organizing Case 1. Management has been most effective at laying a foundation to prevail in the NLRB election because of their professionalism, loyalty, and constructive actions. The First National Bank is already viewed as a “prestigious place to work” that has a “pleasant and clean atmosphere” with absurdly high job security in a relatively unsatisfying and unpredictable local job market. The bank already has the upper hand as being one of the best employers in town. Further developing and establishing the hospital-medical plan was their biggest advantage point.
