Therefore, the same numbers calculated for Thursday will be used. Part 2 1. For foods consumed, I estimated the amounts of each type of food I ate in pounds. I compared the food I ate to the size and density of a hamburger patty because hamburgers are approximately a quarter of a pound. Then I converted pounds to kilograms using the conversion factor: 1 pound = 0.45359237 kilograms 2.
