Agreements signed, not implemented. Agreements used to get better deals from other investors. b) Property developer got complaints for noisy construction. Paid off 30 with US$48 each. Then 200 came task for the same. Investor decided to switch to a different drill whch is quiet. This was denied because the permit for construction was on using the noisy drill. c) Singtel signed contract to set up service on a trial basis, with the option of extending the contracgt for ten years. 1 million dollars was spent to make it a success, then the officials decided they would buy from Singtel instead an extension.
