Presidency has become transformed for dreary parade of people chosen by party. Each President since WWII is great, but ends in disgrace doomed by conditions beyond their control. Plebiscitary ruler- people choose the ruler we do elections for President. Election not only way we select our leaders people pole every day. Constant campaign and is a new institution in our society. Publicize yes no polls on Presidential approval. Downward tendency all the way through the Presidency Now President accountable to the masses. Even people who don’t vote are included in these polls (culture of tragedy). After they finish the Presidency they lose their greatness. What causes Presidents’ ratings to go up (international events associated with USA) Rallying effect (around the flag). The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
