The Student Edition of AMPL on the AMPL website includes a MODELS folder containing many useful models. Read through the file prod.mod : this question asks you to use this model to solve a particular linear program. The Andy Dickey Finger Lakes winery produces three kinds of wine: little red, Big Red, and its signature wine, Andy Dickey White. It can produce 100 bottles of little red per hour at a profit of \$2 per bottle; 90 bottles of Big Red per hour at a profit of \$3 per bottle; or 70 bottles of A.D. White per hour at a profit of \$4 per bottle. It can sell up to 500 bottles of little red each day; up to 400 of Big Red each day; and up to 200 of A.D. White each day.
