Business Law II Business Law II Paper Assignment 2 Due: Mar. 06, 2008 Employment Discrimination Note: After Reading the directions of our assignment I felt these questions could be better explained in reverse order; therefore, I will be answering the second question of our assignment first and the first second. 2. After reading through this case for the first time Paula appears to have a blatant case of employee discrimination based on sex and could bring a quid pro quo cause of action against Dexitron for sexual harassment. However, after reading over the case a few more times a few key clarifications must be made to further hold this conclusion. First off, the case of Dunn vs. Washington County Hospital comes to mind, a case which had originally upheld the notion that you could not bring a federal Title VII case against an individual supervisor. The ruling was that this would fall under state tort law and the cause would have to be brought against the employer. Does Daniel, Dexitron’s Regional Sales Manager, fall under the original holdings of Dunn vs. Washington County Hospital,
