FOOD CONSUMPTION Fruits, Vegetables, and Grains -Oranges, Apples, Oatmeal, Breads, Carrots, and lettuce 1 Cup = 8 ounces Total 48 ounces Meats and Dairy -Steaks, Poultry, Cheese, Milk, Pork Total 120 ounces Junk Food -Avoid if possible (For this assignment I will conclude that I consumed none) 2. Liquid Consumption Cold water -Beverages, Washing face, bushing teeth, laundry 14.811 Liters Hot Water - Showering 25.800 Liters 3. Consumption of single use items -Paper plates, Plastic solo cups, Recyclable items Total 80 ounces 4. Personal Energy Consumption -Television, ipod, speaker system, Cell phone, and Laptop Total Usage in KwH 4000 6. Fuel Consumption -¾ a tank of gas 91.00 Liters
