Unformatted text preview: Michael Yoon PSY240 Section: 3:30 Thuseday Self-Experience: Deindividuation The concept of Deindividuation(chapter 8) is one of the most recent events I had been in. I have been a member of candle light society in South Korea, believing that the new South Korean president should resign due to his inabilities. Everything started on April 19 2008, when the new South Korean government agrees to import low quality meat (Not allowed for dog food in United States) from United States. After the negotiations, the government presented a new plans for the next 5 years; privatization of all government owned companies (including post office), Tex cuts for the wealthy (top 2%), and digging a water way to across the country(north to south end of the country). Appositions arise and the people started to form the group of candle society. The group started to protest the government by lighting a candle on night at city hall field.
