Recycle- composed of glass, paper, plastic, aluminum, cardboard, metal 9. Dietary schizophrenia- Talks a good game.  Eating well throughout the week and then  going out to dinner and not eating well. 10. Nutrient claims- To make a specific statement about a specific nutrient of a menu item or  meal. (Reduced, free, low, low in fat, cholesterol free)  The restaurant must have  documentation if their menu uses any of these words or symbols representing these words 11. HACCP- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points- The application of good common  sense for food production.  Designed to prevent, reduce, or eliminate potential biological,  chemical, and physical food safety hazards.   Servsafe- NRAR certifies people through a program on checking IDs, bartending,  and everything else.  Helps people keep a job
