Trial Group Question Results… 16% of groups got correct resonance structures for both compounds. 37% of groups got the first compound correct only. 6% of groups got the second compound correct only. 41% of groups got both incorrect. Major issues/problems: Not showing movement of electrons - leads to wrong formal charges on atoms or breaking the octet rule (too many bonds on nitrogen, generally). Time issue.
