Has New Directors of the Board In a short press release on Wednesday February 28, 2007, Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp. announced that they will be appointing new Directors of the Board. John Arlitt has appointed Rufus Paul Harris, Ben Stanley, Sabra Dabbs and John Walsh to be new Directors. This announcement comes in the wake of an untimely health condition contracted by John Arlitt. The replacements are also to “avoid possible litigation for the manner in which the vote to instate him as CEO was conducted.”
