Executive Summary/Abstract This report is conducted to provide the awareness and understanding of the impacts that come from processes, technologies and information systems have on an organization. For the beginning, the audience will be entertained with short summary with the introduction of the company, Joel’s Dumplings (JD). The main point of this report is divided into 4 parts. In Part A, the briefing and theories of business overview and the importance of business intelligence together with the excel sheet and graphs are written. Besides, Part B explains the business processing modelling of JD to achieve an effective business process management. Part C of the report will be discussing the impact of mobile application that have been designed by team members in order to help JD in improving the company growth. Part D explains the difference in Web Analytics, Social Network Analysis and Customer Relationship Management of JD. The report will be ended with conclusion of whole report.The information and researches are gathered by all team members with excellent cooperationfrom internet and other secondary resources.

1.0 Introduction There is one major dumplings' producer and distributor in Kuching, Sarawak is Joel’s Dumplings (JD) which involves the manufacture of fresh dumplings and supply the product to local hypermarket, supermarkets, and grocery stores. JD has hire about 40 workers and reached the net sales of more than RM2 millions in the year of 2020.The achievement JD reached could not deny that the business is facing a problem with scheduling the progress of restocking the resources and the production process due to there is an error in predicting the fluctuating sales orders. This problem caused a disruption in maximal potential growth of the company especially in their business operational. JD also faces the problem of not being efficient enough with the data sharing because the data is created by each department without automatically being accessed by other department. The time-consuming of delivering data by email within 1-2 days to other department sounds like a loss for JD. Therefore, the report is conducted in order to help JD for solving their problem with related theories and research from team members. The report will help JD to stand their position in the markets amongst the competitors by taking advantages of
