IntroThe purpose of this paper is to pinpoint the functional area relationships of Riordan Manufacturing. We will discuss the organization’s reason for existence while analyzing their mission, vision, values, as well as goals. In addition, the type of organizational structure employed by Riordan will be analyzed as well as significant positions that support their structure. This paper will also identify as well as explain the steps of the collaboration process among the functional areas that must be employed to achieve their goals, as well as an action plan to implement their collaboration processes. There will also be examples of their use of lateral collaboration and vertical collaboration, as well as a prepared action plan to use lateral and vertical collaborations. Lastly, we discuss key stakeholders as well as their roles needed to achieve Riordans goals, along with recommendingthe collaborative interactions among the key stakeholders to facilitate the organization's success.
