Course Overview Blended Learning Format: Traditional twice a week lectures replaced with video clips  (featuring my evil twin Mack and the 4 summer seminar  students). Wednesday Town Meetings will use Iclicker questions and  additional examples to address problem areas. Discussion sections will allow for further more  individualized help. Weekly Compass Learning Modules have all class materials  for that week. 4

Suggested Approach Most weeks, you will have a pre-flight assignment due by  8 PM Monday.  Read the textbook chapter in advance (if  you wish) and start the assignment.  Each question has a  video associated with it.  Watch the video and answer the  question.  Each assignment will have 6 multiple-choice  questions (no short answer question as described in the  syllabus).  You will have one attempt. The pre-flight and most important videos will have a “*”  next to the title of the video in the week’s video list.  You  will see most of these videos in the course of the pre- flight assignment, but I encourage you to watch any *  videos that you didn’t see in the assignment before  Wednesday’s Town Meeting.

What students are saying

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
