Purpose: Determine the shapes and polarities of a number of molecules using the VSEPR model. The shapes and polarities of these same molecules will also be determined via a software program that will perform the quantum mechanical calculation. The agreement between the VSEPR model and the computer will be determined. Following this a drug molecule will be created so that it interacts favorably with a receptor site. Observations and Data: Ammonia: NH Values determined using software.
