Problem 1 (30pts): On gravity When attached to a rotating planet, and object feels the gravitational attraction of the planet, as well as the centripetal acceleration. 1. Write down the apparent acceleration of gravity felt by the object in terms of the angular velocity of the planet. First use vectors, then express your answer in a frame centered at the planet and 2.
