Syllabus for Paul Dawkins Math 3301 This is the order of topics that I hope to follow this semester. Since this is the first time I’m teaching this course as a three hour course (instead of a four hour course as it was for so many years) I may or may not cover some of the listed sections here and I may vary somewhat from the listed order. I will try to always warn you when this will happen. In order to allow you to sync up the sections in my notes to the official book for the course I’ve given the corresponding section in the book that covers the given topic. In some cases I’ve split sections in the book up into multiple sections in my notes and I’ve got several sections that pull information from several sections in the book. Any sections in my notes that don’t really correspond to any section in the book these are denoted by N/A ”. Topic Section in Book Basic Concepts Definitions Sec 1.1 & Sec 1.3 Direction Fields Sec 1.1 First Order Differential Equations

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
