Molecular models are also in PSBN lab Rm. 2653 for you to use there. Text : Bruice, Organic Chemistry, 5th Ed. or earlier, study guide and solutions manual (all in Res Book Room under 109AB). Suggested: Klein, Organic Chemistry as a Second Language, Wiley ISBN 0471-27235-3. Mol. model set. Grading : 2 midterm exams(100 pts each) Wed Jan. 28 , Mon Feb 23, Final Exam (as in Schedule of Classes, no exceptions) Thur, Mar 19, 8 am(200 pts). There will also be some 10-point announced quizzes (lowest quiz score will be dropped) to help get you ready for the midterms. No make-up exams will be given. Be sure you are available on the exam dates. In my experience, class averages should be approximately 60-65% and letter grades will be on a scale with C’s(C-,C,C+) starting at approximately 55-60%, B’s 67%, A’s 79%. This scale may be
