September 11 (Empire Pictures, 2002) A year after the events in New York City, a group of directors released this tribute. It is not only about 9/11 in the US, but about the different reactions, from a global perspective, that accompanied this catastrophe. 11 directors contributed; therefore, September 11 collects 11 different perspectives. Farsi, Hebrew, Bosnian, Japanese, English, French, Japanese and Arabic are the languages spoken in these documentaries (with subtitles available). Each documentary is a gem in itself; each one lasts 11 minutes, 9 seconds and 1 frame, commemorating 9/11/01. This is the one about Chile – by Ken Loach, a Chileno in the United Kingdom.
