Judgment Journal Write Up Purpose: Track the thoughts, judgments and opinions we make throughout the day. Instructions: For three days keep a journal of the thoughts that go through your mind: Take paper with you wherever you go to jot down your judgments/thoughts as they occur; At the end of the three days, go back through your journal.
