MGT 3020 Judgment Journal Wednesday, April 2,2008 7am-I was woken up by my alarm clock for my 8:30 am ski practice. Not being able to wake myself up, I decided to continue to “rest” in my bed for a few minutes longer. After 45 minutes I realized I had fallen back asleep and needed to get going. I was upset with myself for not getting up to my alarm, and questioned whether or not it was worth it to go to ski practice. I decided to go since I had a ski race this weekend, and I needed some more training. 8:30am-After the 35-minute drive up to Eldora, my coach informed me at the base of the mountain that there is not enough snow on the hill we are training on to set a course. I could free ski by myself, but decided I would go back to Boulder I had been free skiing all spring break and thought that it would not be that beneficial and sort of boring. Although I was irritated that I had just drove all the way up the canyon only to turn right around. 9:30am-After returning back to Boulder, I decided I wanted to get some exercises this
