MGMT 3030-002 Judgment Journal Reflections: Key Learnings This exercise was interesting for me, because most of the time I would make a judgment and not even realize it. Most of my judgments were such quick and small thoughts that I easily dismissed very quickly. I think that I may judge a lot initially, but do not spend much time on my judgments. I moved away from those thoughts pretty quickly and spent more time on This weekend I went up to Beaver Creek to stay with a group I did not know very well. I was hesitant at first. Earlier in the weekend, I think that I would find reasons why I didn’t fit into the group and why these people and I did not get along, because I was insecure in that situation. Later in the weekend, I realized how nice these people were to me, and began really enjoying the people around me. I think that is pretty typical for me to find and judge people to agree with my previously determined judgments, which really is not fair. I should relax and enjoy myself instead of making judgments and putting up a
