Karen’s mood has been depressed and she has compulsive reoccurring thoughts regarding her children’s safety. In addition, she is preoccupied with numbers and performs counting rituals that interfere with her daily routine. She acknowledges that these rituals are irritable and unnecessary, but feels that she must perform them regardless. She also has experienced an increase in anxiety, especially when she feels rushed and must perform her rituals in a hurry. Karen feels that she is losing control of her life as well as her behavior and cries often. She also has reoccurring thoughts and nightmares of self- injury. Social History: Karen is married to her husband Tony and they have four children. She came from a devout Roman Catholic family that followed strict daily routines.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
