Our Mission We will support a green environment by using organic,  locally  grown  foods,  thus  minimizing  global  impact  of  pollution  and  erosion. The  Solution :  Survey  campus  opinion  on  the  transition  first  by  Bannerweb  polls,  and  then  through  the  action  of  an  experimental  on- campus organic café. If positive feedback is received, then increasingly  supply sustainable food in the main dining hall.
