Purpose Wellness is defined as optimal health and vitality which enables us to live rich and meaningful lives. There are six dimensions of wellness which are physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, interpersonal and social, and environmental. All these must be achieved in order to achieve overall wellness. Through this lab I will find out my strengths for each dimension. I will also see how my lifestyle, attitudes, and characteristics relate to each of the six dimensions.

I think I am in the high level of wellness, but I do need to work on exercising regularly and recycling more. This lab could be used to help others determine if they have a great level of wellness. This could help people change their lifestyles and find a way to live a meaningful life....
