Comparing Individual Actors and  Organizational (Corporate) Actors The source of decisions behind corporate  actions is often much harder to specify than  that of individual actions (hence, limited  liability) Corporate actors have no corporal form-  you can  see actions, just cant see who does it  Corporate actors are potentially immortal-  can do  whatever want and not suffer consequences
