2 Paper Topic: As a job candidate, what two things would you want a potential employer to know about you, and what two things would you want a potential employer to show you about its organization? Attached to this syllabus you will find an article entitled, “Finding a Job Online Becomes Much More Visual” posted on the website www.alumwire.com. Aaron Sahagan, one of our Cal undergraduate alums, started this company to fill a nitch in the recruitment area. Sahagan and his team believe recruitment can be more successful for both employers and job seekers when they can exchange more information electronically about them including on-line videos of the workplace and work teams, and of job candidates themselves. Check out their website and read this article carefully to understand the range of information that can be exchanged between potential employers and job candidates.
