Biology 211, Introduction to Research in Biology Course description:  This 3 hour seminar course is designed for sophomore level students who wish to know more  about the research that is conducted at Carolina. Students will examine sources of scientific  information, explore the logic of scientific investigation, and develop proposals for their own  work.   Course activities: develop scientific opinions based on information in newspapers, textbooks, and scientific  papers interview undergrads, grads and postdocs to learn about their research experiences
