How is it that the organization initially attracted your interest (e.g., brochure, media advertisement, word of mouth)? What factors did you learn about during the recruitment process that influenced your decision to remain interested and accept a job offer (or, conversely, to look elsewhere)? In retrospect, do you feel that you received an adequate picture of the job from the recruitment process, or were there major surprises waiting for you (assuming you accepted the job offer)?
