Problem Statement You are to write a program to compute the wages for an hourly employee. The weekly gross wage is the hours worked times the hourly rate. No taxes are deducted. The hours worked must be between 0 and 40 hours, inclusively. The hourly rate must be between 6.55 [Federal minimum wage] and 25.00, inclusively. Design Requirements 1. You must write a function named readDoubleBetween which reads a double between two specified values. The function has 3 parameters. The first parameter is of type string and contains the user prompt. The second parameter is of type double and contains the minimum acceptable value. The third parameter is of type double and contains the maximum acceptable value. For example, the minimum acceptable value for the hours worked is 0.0 and the maximum acceptable value is
