The specific requirements are described below. 1. The IP protocol for this project has a packet size of 2385 bytes which includes 45 bytes of overhead for the packet header. If you have correctly used the constants in Project 1, this change should be minimal. 2. Prompt the user to enter the size (as an integer) which must be greater than or equal to 1. If the user enters an invalid value, print an error message which describes the valid input value. Then terminate the program. 3. Prompt the user to enter the units for the size of the file. The user can enter the uppercase letter K for kilobytes or the uppercase letter M for megabytes. If the user
