Team Dynamics “Team Dynamics are the unseen forces that operate in a team between different people or groups. Team Dynamics can strongly influence how a team reacts, behaves or performs, and the effects of team dynamics are often very complex” (Team Technology, 1995). A team could have a positive or negative effect on the project at hand. Project planning in a team environment can influence different type of reactions from team members. Working in a team setting can have positive influences, negative influences, and it can also show you that enhancement can be made in your indivuial performance. Project planning as a team can be a wonderful experience. Working in a team will allow you to learn to communicate with others. Working with others is an essential skill that is used everyday in the workplace and at home. In everyday life you have to learn to communicate with people from different backgrounds and those with strong opinions .By learning to relate to people that are different than you, it can teach you to be versatile and ultimately more
