Click on the view PDB file icon that appears on the bar. You will get the details of the chosen protein. List all the details available and make a discussion of it. Capture the structure of the protein as well. (2 marks) 2 . Distinguish the conventional database and biological database. (3 marks) a) Gene Bank, Protein Data Bank, and NCBI b) Data Warehouse, its architecture and data quality. c) What is KDD? How is it used in biological databases?
