Identify current Employee Relations issuesand analyze their impact on HR management. MaRe recommendations based on your assessmentand be able to support your position with quantitative or qualitative data. Develop an appreciation for psychological mechanisms that influence relationships between managers and employees. Identify and explain the basic processesthrough which managers achieve desired worRplace outcomes through employees. Processesinclude motivation, performance assessment,discipline, communication, and termination.
