S UBMISSION  T HREE  I NSTRUCTIONS In Submission Two, you reported on stakeholder arguments and values from a neutral  perspective, then performed an analysis of those arguments (and the evidence that  supported them) in which you chose which was stronger. In Submission Three, your job  is to take an explicit position in the controversy, present and discuss the arguments that  support your position, support your position using moral reasoning, and use counter- argumentation to make your final case on the issue.  Submission Three will be your complete research paper, and will include Submissions  One and Two carefully revised and knit into one coherent, connected essay. Your final  paper should: be 15-16 pages long (including the Works Cited) be in perfect MLA format (including the Works Cited section itself) be carefully proofread for errors and clarity cite at least 12 authoritative  sources be turned in on the last day of class in three ways: in hard copy, by email, and  through turnitin.com through Blackboard.  Submission Three: Final  Section (new text):  This section’s requirements include the  formatting and citation tasks listed above, but should also:
