Portia Mellott March 2, 2009 PSY 102 Personality Test The “Big Five” personality test I took online gave me interesting results. My highest ranking at 80% was accommodation, which means that I am kind and trusting. The lowest ranking score at 44% was inquisitiveness, which means I am traditional and some times small minded. I have taken another personality test before, known as the Cattell 16 factor test, and I had similar results. My highest rankings, at 66%, were Social Assertiveness and Anxiety. This means that I am very supportive, bold, self-doubting, and somewhat private about my own affairs. My lowest score at 18% was Paranoia because I am trusting and a relaxed person, similar to the accommodation trait in the “Big Five” personality test. There are quite a few differences, however, in the two tests. My results may at the surface be similar, but some others conflict. The reason for the difference may be that I changed over time, since I took the latter test last fall. Another reason could be that the
