UNIONIZATION OF HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATION 2The act of unionization is defined as a process that entails people that have a commoninterest, preferably employees in this case join up together with an agenda to push for their rightsor an absolute requirement. In the health care sector, unionization has been evident where thehealth workers or the attendants have joined together to form groups and associations with acommon goal of addressing their views and preferences or complains preferably to the employer(Ash, et al. 2014. Differently from what is witnessed from other employees, the health facilityattendants will seek for better grounds to help the patients rather than ask for salary incrementsamong other remunerations. At the times when the services and working conditions are poor , ina health service are not appealing, when there are no adequate resources, the union helps them tocome together to address the issues at hand and the management can easily react to them in apositive manner.
