SYNOPSIS This course will discuss the basic of concepts, theory and practice in marketing. It will cover the vital core concept of marketing which includes definition of marketing, consumer behavior, market segmentation, and component of marketing mix. . 2.0. OBJECTIVE At the end of this course, students will 2.1 understand the terms, concepts and philosophy of marketing. 2.2 understand organizational environment that will account to consumer or organization buying behavior. 2.3. know the roles of market segmentation and market positioning. 2.4 know and understand every component of marketing mix. 3.0 LEARNING OUTCOME At the end of this course, students will be able to 3.1 define the term, concepts and philosophy of marketing (C2, A1, P1). 3.2 explain organizational environment that will account to consumer or organization buying behavior (C2, A1, P1).
