I propose some recommendations that will hopefully improve the efficiency within the company and restore profits.RECOMMENDATIONSThere should be weekly meetings among the managers of each department and the executive board. During these weekly discussions, goals can be proposed and analyzed thoroughly by important characters within the chain of command. With active participation from all departments, a realistic and profitable target point should be set and informed to remaining employees within the company. Discussions should also include satellite acceptance standards and requirements, to ensure that all employees are striving towards the same quality level....
