I will not accept emailed copies unless you have received prior approval from me. The assignment is worth 34 points. The assignment must be typed and include the questions and answers (please feel free to type your answers in a different font or color to make it easier to grade). This assignment must be done independently (that means – don’t work in groups or ask your classmates for help). Criminal law questions – total of 10 points as specified in questions 1- 3 1. Joe likes to shop at Wegmans in Fairfax. . It’s so convenient – he can walk to Wegmans from his townhouse. On March 31, 2009, Joe walks to Wegmans to buy food and drinks for his April Fools party. Joe buys a lot of candy and a lot of soda. There is no way he is going to be able to carry it home. Joe decides to borrow (he doesn’t tell anyone) a shopping
