Greenland’s protecting its fishing rights implies that Iceland repays its debt. 7. It is not the case that either Sweden or Norway reduces deficit spending. 8. Libya abandons terrorism if and only if neither Egypt nor Saudi Arabia closes its embassy. 9. If the United States freezes drug assets, then either Columbia or Ecuador prosecutes drug dealers. 10. Either Guatemala does not end its civil war or if Honduras reduces poverty then so does Nicaragua. 11. If either Uganda or Rwanda receives increased aid, then neither Kenya nor Burundi protects endangered species. 12. If both Niger and Chad suppress free speech, then either Sudan or Zaire suffers tribal conflicts. 13. Either Spain or Portugal combats air pollution given that both Germany and Austria do not improve water quality. 14. Argentina exports beef, and Brazil exports coffee or Chile exports wood products. 15. Argentina exports beef and Brazil exports coffee, or Chile exports wood products. 16. Germany and France support a common currency unless Switzerland and Italy do not.
