Ethics and Social Responsibility: Where does the organization stand in that area? What are the specific positives and negatives, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats in that area? What can you recommend the organization do to improve the situation? Ethics play an important role in this company C & D scrap metal. For many reasons, we think that ethics should be considered as an important foundation for an organization. Since the company we were interviewed is the second generation family business in Houston, so the way they do their business and treat employees like “family members”; so ethical values are very important in the “family business” company. Ethics has great standards in an organization in the view of human conduct. Ethics involve what action is right or wrong; then do the right thing and fix the wrong doing thing. However, in an organization, the right thing is not that easy to identify; especially in a “family” organization. Ethical values are the guides for both employers and employees to
