DOT HID Low Beam Conversion LLTEK HID Xenon Installation for Audi UrS4 or UrS6 Sorry, the pictures are not always perfectly clear. Pic #3) Components for 1 headlight install, Ballast, HID lamp, starter, hole cutter, mounting brackets, tie raps, nuts and bolts, and enough wire for two feet distance. (fuzzy pic!) Pic #4) Original Lamp next to new HID lamp. Notice hot spot is positioned the same as the original bulb.

Pic #5) Ok, time to start installation. Remove panels under driver steering wheel to access wiring. 6 Bolts, 10mm nut driver is required. Pic #6) In order to install these HID’s you must first disable or bypass the DRL (Daytime Running Light) voltage reducer. This resistance cuts the DRL’s down to 8 volts and reduces daytime running light output, the ballasts for the HID’s need a full 12 Volts. So you have the option of either leaving this unit disconnected or splicing to keep you DRL’s.
