The Importance of Quality Customer ServiceThe Importance of Quality Customer ServiceIn today’s modern business model customer service is one key element that will measure the success of any business. Customer service is the most critical link to any customer business relationship, and is the most pivotal in keeping customers loyal for the long-term. In assessing the performance in a customer service aspect, there are areas of exceptional strength and employees who are creating their own processes that connect with customer that exceed their expectations. There are processes, procedures and attitudes that impede the ability of your company to gain the trust of customers over the long-term. Identifying the roles of key people in customer service can redefine how trustworthy an organization appears as well (Eisingerich, Bell, 2008). By Identifying processes, procedures, systems and roles all need to be re-engineered with a strong focus on perfecting the customer experience. The intent of the identifying and gathering customer analysis will give you a series of recommendations, anticipated results and conclusions for redefining the key process areas in your company that need to be modified so your organization has greater opportunity to become a trusted advisor with your present and future customers.Over the past two months I had visited four organizations with the purpose of giving their organization an evaluation of my overall customer service experience.
