Adolf Hitler- Born in Austria in 1889, Led a simple life until he served in World War I on the side of the Germans After the war he became very involved in politics and joined the Nazi party. Soon after this he became the leader of the party which is a position called the Fuhrer At one point in time he led a failed attempt to overthrow the government which resulted in Hitler serving a short prison term. Eventually, Hitler became the dictator of Germany. He based his regime on romantic notions of people(Volk) and race He expresses his ideas in his book Mein Kampf which means my struggle Marxism Pg. 599 “Marxism denies the value of personality in man, contests the significance of nationality and race, and thereby withdraws from humanity the premise of its existence and its culture” he is basically saying that Marxism takes away from the individuality of the person as well as the importance of national identity.
