Process Controls- Keep the newest technology for supply chain, because Northwest is known worldwide we want to keep error as low as possible. B. Informal Marketing Control Employee Self-Control- Keeping the employees happy by making it an incentive to carry Northwest parachutes in their terminals when they sell a product of their choice, therefore we keep the employees associated with us happy and able to keep purchasing more
