First, let me introduce myself, my name is Deepika Mahajan. I am the IT Project Manager working with
Ship Secure, the world's largest container shipping company. I am reaching out to you as you are listed
as a stakeholder and approver for our IT project budget.
Project Highlights:
 Provides End-to-End Logistics IT solution for major retail clients–Walmart, Adidas, Nike, H&M
 Enable clients with Self Service Container Booking online.
 Clients can track and trace the containers using T&T application.
 Automated Invoice generation is possible with latest features.
 Security and Risk Management processes are in place.
Recently, my team has informed me that most of our ongoing project components will soon reach End of
Life which makes them potential candidates for high-impact risks. Here are few of the issues we will
encounter if the Project Upgrade to higher software versions is not implemented.
