Class Characteristics Class Characteristics Lower class limits are the smallest numbers that can actually belong to the different classes. Upper class limits are the largest numbers that can actually belong to the different classes. Class boundaries are the numbers that are the upper and lower class limits if there are no gaps between the consecutive classes.

Class Characteristics Class Characteristics Class marks are the midpoints of the classes. Class width is the difference between two consecutive lower class limits.
